Carousel 'pick and place' feeder

Carousel 'pick and place' feeder is used in all processes where it is impossible to use a standard Kraus solution (due to the fact that shape of the products does not allow their feeding).

In a similar way as for all Kraus machines, use of the feeder is easy even for unskilled operators.

Pneumatic sepator feeds the products 'piece-by-piece', while specially prepared control unit allows precise control of further process (i.e. step of the feeder to top position for labeling or video check).

Solution is dedicated for use especially in food and farmaceutical industry, where it is necessary to have an absolute control on products' coding.

For example, it might be used for labeling of ice-cream packages or coding of trays used for packaging of insuline or inhalators' packs.

Basic technical data:

- feeding width: in standard version, up to 210 mm

- capacity: 120 cycles/min., depending on used containers

- control unit: PLC-class control unit with color display

- range of thicknesses of fed products: 0-15 mm

Options available:

- different maximum width of fed products

- specially designed shape of suction arm, designed according to product's shape

- horizontal autoloader, decreasing the frequency of feeding, available in lenghts in range 1000-3000 mm (in steps of every 500 mm)

- possibility of mounting of the complete unit on moveable base (allowing change of machine's position in the production hall)
