Kraus sheet products counter
Each Kraus feeder can be used for counting of sheet products and feeding them in preset amounts. In addition, it is possible to equip each Kraus feeder with automatic counting station.
Products fed from the feeder are collected in automatic counting station in preset amount. After the whole batch of products is collected, it is released on the conveyor placed beneath.
Advantages of the solution:
Specially designed, symetrical construction of side guides assures ideally vertical release of the stack of products, without its bending to one side. Therefore, the whole process of release of the products take minimum time, without unecessary capacity loss.
It is also imporant that the construction if the whole machine is very compact, installation close to the collecting conveyor (thus shortening the time necessary to release the batch of products on the surface of the conveyor).
It has to be underlined that at any point of time the end, releasing section can be switched off and the sole feeer can be used.
