Machine for feeding, opening and mailing of envelopes
The newly developed packaging machine supports the packing activity when using standard paper bags. The packaging operation is assisted by automatic feeding of the bag, automatic opening and addressing. The only job to be done is the manual closing of the bag (which ensures optimal reduction of its size).
The machine can be adjusted to individual bag sizes, branded bags and different paper grades.
The goods to be packed can be supplied via picking trolleys, container systems, bag systems or sorting systems. The workplace can be personalized; e.g. with shelves for advertising and gifts.
For applying the address label an ink-jet system, label printer working either in manual or in automatic mode can be used.
Shipping with paper bags is an environmentally friendly alternative to film packaging. Also, it allows reduction of the packaging volume.
The envelopes are being fed by friction feeder and placed on the conveyor with pushers. Subsequently, the address label is automatically created and later on applied. Special opening mechanism opens the envelope and the shipped goods can be conveniently placed in the envelope and closed by the operator. Operational capacity of the machine is estimated to 400 bags/h.
After loading, the envelope this is closed manually and transferred to the conveyor belt.
