Kraus PTM feeder - collecting, buffering and feeding of documents for e-commerce industry

Kraus PTM friction feeder was developed for use in e-commerce industry, for automatic collecting, buffering and feeding of commercial and delivery documents into shipping boxes.

The specifics about feeder's functionality is automatic collection of documents printed by standard laser printer, buffering them and transferring for automatic feeding into the carton box arriving to feeding station.

Construction of the feeder includes documents buffering station (allowing also buffering of multipage documents) where the documents arriving from the printer are collected and wait for feeding.

The feeding process is resulted by comparing process of the barcode on the carton and the barcode printed on the document.

Kraus PTM feeder can also be integrated in a bigger line for mail merge, serialization, etc.
