Kraus feeder with conveyor with pushers

Solution designed for feeding of flat cartons on the conveyor. Fed products, aligned and placed in regular distances can be labeled or printed.

Advantages of the solution:
Use of conveyor with pushers assures precise positioning of products, thus resulting in higher accuracy of coding.

Description of operation:
Kraus feeder mounted in the infeed section of the machine feeds sheet products such as folded cartons, cards, envelopes. Conveying belts made of rubber of specially chosen friction assure stable position of products during transport.

Coding unit mounted over conveyor can be used for labeling, printing or any similar operation.
In the end section an exit conveyor or collecting unit can be mounted.
