Booklet machine for feeding multipage labels

Booklet feeding machine was designed for precise positioning of multi-page additions on label web and full synchronization with printing and laminating machines.

Control system used in construction of the machine result in high precision of application, even when the distances between the labels on the web are extremely short.

Description of operation:

Stack of booklets is being placed in the vertical magazine of the machine.

The machine feeds the booklets separated on the conveyor with specially designed pushers.

Separation system used in the machine allows easy adjustment of distances between the labels on the web.

In the end section of the machine, special dispensing edge is mounting, transferring booklets of label web.

On customer's request it is possible to equip the machine with vision control system (to verify the presence of booklet on label web) or with Braille printing unit.

Machine parameters:

- standard dimensions of fed booklets: min. 100 x 30 mm, max. 320 x 350 mm

- feeding speed: up to 80 m/min

- machine works in constant mode, with automatic adjustment of feeding speed to changeable speed of label web (where most of similar machines produced by competitors work in step-by-step, less precise mode)

- control box: PLC-class

- control unit presents constantly problems in machine's operation
