Vacuum exit section of Kraus feeder

Vacuum exit section is used in feeders where there is a need of additional print or video inspection of top surface of the product and the upper part of it cannot be covered by any components of the machine.

Advantages of the solution:

Products are being fed from the magazine on the exit section. Thanks to use of vacuum, their top surface is not covered by any additional holding elements of the feeder (this solution allows free print, labeling or video inspection of their top surface).

Description of operation:

Unlike in standard Kraus feeders (where the product is being held on top by set of belts) , when using vacuum exit section, there are no limitations in access to the products' top surface.

Kraus friction feeder with vacuum exit section can be used on production line, as well as in offline set, where the products (after additional print, labeling or video inspection) are being transferred on collecting conveyor.
