Labeling machine for empty foil bags

Complete machine designed for application of labels on the surface of empty foil containers.

Thanks to use of special separating system, the machine can label both standard, as well as block-bottom bags.

The bags are placed in the feeding magazine, precisely separated and transferred to labeling machine.

With use of special guiding system, the bags are conveyed through the machine in precise position, both from the feeding system to labeling unit, as well as during process of label application.

At the end of the machine collecting unit is placed, in which the labeled bags are stacked.

Optionally it is possible to deliver a machine allowing two side labeling of bags (top-bottom application).

- range of dimensions of bags which can be labeled: from 85 x 85 mm to 350 x 300 mm

- range of thicknesses of bags which can be labeled: 0-10 mm

- control unit: PLC class
