Mobile inkjet printing system for sheet products

Machine designed for inkjet printing of flat cartons and similar sheet products during their dispensing by Kraus feeder.

Advantages of the solution:

Sheet products are being separated and firmly held in exit section of the machine.

Coding of product is done by means of inkjet printer, however labeling machine as well as other coding unit can be also used.

Thanks to small dimensions and castors mounted in the bottom of the frame, the whole set can be moved within the production hall.

Description of operation:

Stacked products are being separated by the feeder.

Coding unit mounted in the exit section marks the product with approprate data (construction of exit section allows easy assembly of coding unit, without necessity of use of additional vacuum conveyor).

Printed products can be fed to collecting bin or on exit conveyor (depending on further use of the products).

Options available:

If needed, coding unit can be integrated with vision control system or barcode scanner.
