Automatic line for completing and cartoning of sheet products

Complete line designed for process of grouping several sheet products in one set, connecting them together (by means of seal label), additional coding (using inkjet printer, self-adhesive label or similar solution), video control and carton packing.

The whole process starts from feeding the base product on the surface of studded conveyor. In the next stations additional parts of the complete set are added, the set is coded and finally, after it is closed, it arrives to carton packaging station.

Final step is to place the complete set in the carton and forward it to palletizing process.

Basic technical data:

- complete line is designed for operation on sets of dimensions from 30 x 45 mm to 150 x 150 mm

- operation capacity of the line - up to 200 cycles/min

- in standard version, three feeders are included in the line, as well as coding equipment chosen by the customer

- each feeder and each coding unit can be equipped with vision control system (with a possibility of rejection of bad products)

- in addition, the line can be equipped with hot or cold glue label application system
