Rejection unit for Kraus feeders

Pneumatic rejection system cooperates with most of Kraus units used for feeding of flyers, pharmaceutical booklets, etc.

Thanks to its synchronization with a scanner of videocontrol system it eliminates products with wrong print or with improper barcode.

Advantages of the solution:
Pneumatic rejection system installed in the end section of Kraus unit guarantees feeding of 100 % checked products.

These that did not pass the control system are being collected in a bin mounted below the feeder.

Description of operation:
Feeders separates flyers, pharmaceutical booklets, etc. and transfers them for further scanning of videocontrol.

Products registered as wrong are put aside of production process and collected, whereas the ones checked positively travel further to next steps of production line.
