SW1800 labeling machine designed for pharmaceutical industry

Complete labeling system designed for labelling round product at high speed, dedicated for use in pharmaceutical industry.
This machine combines high speed solution from standard wrap-around labeling machines, with the precision of the 3-roller application.

In the design phase, the main target has been to develop a very compact machine where high output would be combined with high precision.

Products arriving on infeed conveyor are queuing before product shaped star-wheel. When star-wheel is indexing, one by one product is moved into the star wheel.

In the labeling station, products are speeded up and labels are applied accurately and precisely.

After labeling is finished, the products are transferred to outfeed conveyor.

The machine is built in closed monoblock frame with electrical switchboard inside cabinet. The star-wheel is covered by polycarbonate plates with easy access door linked to safety lock.

Labelling head is fitted on a moveable bracket, so the labeler can be moved away from rollers, when new labels are loaded or for cleaning.
