Rollfed labeller - hot-melt labels from roll

Rotary Gernep Rollfed machine is modern system for wrap-around labelling of different containers with plastic labels delivered in rolls, by means of "hot-melt glue" application. The important advantages of the machines are low glue consumption and reduced maintenance time. Easy-to-use control panel ensures problem-free operation. Change-over and cleaning times are minimal.

Configuration possibilities:

Gernep Rollfed machines are designed for labelling of soft PET bottles as well as round plastic containers, as well as multi-sides glass and metal containers.

Precise cutting and "non touch" glue application:

Labels from roll are cut and transferred with vacuum drum for glue application. The presses the beginning of the label to the container's surface and next - the end of the label to its starting point. Glue is applied in vertical line of dots (thus assuring economically efficient use of glue).

Machine control:

Separate control units for labelling system and glue aggregate increase reliability and simplicity of use of Gernep Rollfed machines. It is also possible to save labelling settings for each type of container. Thanks to that, change-over from one product to another is done only by recalling specific labelling program from controller memory.

Capacity:

Depends on type of container and specific machine configuration, but standard capacity range is 3.000-30.000 pcs./h.
