Table-top label dispenser

Label dispensers are desktop, easy to operate machines available in two versions:

- For label width up to 100 mm
- For label width up to 200 mm

The label roll holder can be adjusted to almost every label roll inner core. The maximum outside label roll diameter is 300 mm.

Label is detected by self-teaching sensors, and then the difference between transparency of label and transparency of backing paper is registered; that allows feeding the label (so, that a small part of it contacts the backing paper). When the operator takes the label off, the next one is being fed automatically. In case labels end or label web breaks, the unit stops and activates an acoustic alarm.

Optionally, the machine may be equipped with:

- electro-mechanical microswitch for transparent labels

- additional battery for approx. 4 hours of dispensing labels without main power supply

- inkjet printer, allowing inline coding of labels during dispensing (see photos below
