Labetta SK labeller - self-adhesive labels from rolls

Gernep Labetta SK system is designed for precise and fast labelling of different types of bottles and containers. Rotary construction with up to 6 labelling heads gives a possibility of building different configurations, fulfilling even most complicated user's requirements.

Configuration possibilities:

Square, round and oval containers, made of glass, plastic and metal can be labelled with front, back, tie, seal and tax label with use of innovative labellers.

Capacity range:

Depends on type of container and specific machine configuration, but standard capacity range is 1.000-40.000 pcs./h.

Labels that can be applied:

Paper and foil labels from rolls.

Containers that can be labelled:

Glass, plastic and metal containers.

Additional advantages:

- Labellers used in machine construction are servomotor driven, precise and extremely fast units

- The units are also equipped with precise and quick missing label detection

- It is also possible to prepare the complete labelling machine in non-stop version (in that case it is needed to install more labellers than applied labels, for immediate switch-over in case of label roll end)
