Rollina labeller - cut, hot-melt labels

Gernep Rollina is automatic labelling machine designed for application of cut labels on plastic, glass or metal containers.

Labelling process is done without glue drum - hot-melt glue is applied directly via high pressure glue guns on the surface of containers, while labels are fed out from the magazine.

Glue is applied on the beginning and the end of labels - this technique lowers wear of machine's components. It also decreases cleaning time.

Configuration possibilities:

Gernep Rollina machines are universtal labelling systems for paper and plastic labels applied on the surface of jars, bottles and cans (without narrowings and curves).

In case of changes of label heights, certain parts of glue guns can be switched on or off.

Depends on type of container and specific machine configuration, but standard capacity range is 1.000-40.000 pcs./h.
