High speed RL2000 labelling system for wrap around labelling
High speed labeling machine designed for application of labels on round containers.
Containers arrive from the conveyor to rotating carousel where they are held in an upright position. When passing the dispenser, the labels are applied on containers.
After that, the labeled containers are transferred to the outfeed conveyor. The whole machine is covered with a polycarbonate cabinet, ensuring safe production environment.
All labelling functions are microprocessor chip controlled. The machine can be equipped with a number of options, i.e.: printer, tachoencoder, counter, scanner, quality control system.
