TE1500 labeling machine for two side tamper evident labeling of pharmaceutical cartons

TE1500 labeling systems was designed for two side application of tamper evident labels on pharmaceutical cartons.

The machine is prepared for application of both paper and foil, transparent labels. One of labelers working in the machine is prepared for application of labels in top-side position, whereas the second one, depending on the needs of the customer, in top-side or side-bottom position.

The system is designed for work with a capacity of 120 boxes per minute.

Optional equipment:

- side belts for aligning of products (used especially for light weight products)

- increased diameter of label reel holder, additionally equipped with motorized unwind units (lowering the frequency of label roll exchanges)

- control system for label application, with rejection of unlabeled boxes

- enhanced Omron Sysmac control unit with touch screen panel, allowing control of labeling parameters for each product, presenting the amount of labeled products, as well as allowing remote diagnostics of the machine
