JE1600 system for labeling of round containers for pharmaceutical companies

Machine built on a base of standard wrap-around labelling system, but with special attention to requirements of companies operating in pharmaceutical business.

Whole machine is built on box base.

Labelling head is equipped with thermal transfer print unit, allowing printing of variable data and barcodes (also pharmacodes) on the labels.

Right behind labelling head a barcode scanner is mounted, checking barcode readability.

Another control unit is vision control system, responsible for check of proper print on the label.

In case any of prints is damaged or cannot be read, the product is being removed from conveyor by means of pneumatic system and collecting bin.

Also, additional control systems can be mounted on the machine, depending on the requests of the customer (for example, control system checking presence of label on the container).

- operation capacity of the machine: up to 200 products/min

- the unit is equipped with memory allowing saving labeling settings for 45 products
