Eme 4000 labelers

Reliable and well-tested machines, series 4000 labelers are equipped with stepper motor and microprocessor driven control panel. The control-box is an independent module, so it may be installed in the most comfortable place for the operator.

Standard widths of labels applied are 120, 200 and 250 mm.

Depending on the mounting brackets, Eme 4000 labeler may work as side, top or bottom labeling unit.

Main technical parameters of the labellers are as follows:

- Range of widths: 10-120 (4120 model), 200 (4200 model) or 250 (4250 model) mm

- Range of lengths: 10-250 mm (optionally: 999 mm)

- Work speed: 0-40 m/min

- Maximum outside roll diameter: 270 mm

- Control unit memory: possibility of storing settings for 40 different types of products
