Labeling system for big flat cartons

Kraus labeling system for big flat cartons is designed similarily to standard Kraus labeling system, however its infeed section has been designed for feeding of big products. Also, at the end of the machine a lowerable collecting table has been installed (decreasing during product flow).

Advantages of the solution:
Special construction of feeding section allows easy integration with inkjet printer, labeler, thermal transfer printing module or any other coding unit.

Description of operation:
Friction feeder, working as a main unit in the system collects single sheets from infeed magazine and transfers them to coding section.

At next step the product is coded by the unit mounted on the machine (thanks to special construction of exit extension, the coding unit has an access to the whole surface of the product, without necessity of using special, costly vacuum conveyor).

Options available:
Apart from coding unit, the system can also be equipped with vision control unit or barcode scanner.
