Coding machine for pharmaceutical blisters

This machine has been designed for coding of pharmaceutical blisters with use of inkjet printer.

Advantages of the solution:
Modular construction of the machine and short change-over times make the solution extremely economical in use. Pharmaceutical blisters are coded during feeding process, in specially designed exit section of feeder. It is possible to use labeler or any other coding solution instead of inkjet printer. The blisters can be marked on top surface (with pills facing upwards) or on bottom surface.

Optionally, together with the feeder it is possible to supply segmented conveyor, on which the preset stacks of blisters will be collected.

Description of operation:
Stack of pharmaceutical blisters is placed in the infeed magazine of the feeder (they can also be conveyed from other machine) and specially designed product separator feeds them for coding.
The blisters are printed in the exit section of the feeder. Stacks of blisters are collected on segmented conveyor, from which they can be manually collected (it is also possible to equip the machine with maximum load sensor, stopping the whole machine in case of too many products on the conveyor).
