Kraus machine designed for automatization of postage process
Complete machine designed for automatization of postage process of magazines.
Apart from Kraus feeder the machine consists of: specially prepared vacuum conveyor, inkjet printer for 2D barcodes printing and vision control system.

Printers used in construction of the machine can print on different surfaces, even on non-absorbent ones.
The machine can also be equipped with UV dryer, for better drying process.
Description of operation:
Product feeder mounted upstream of the machine can feed different types of magazines (of thicknesses in a range 0-30 mm) on vacuum conveyor.
Thanks to use of this type of transport, the whole top surface of the product is available for coding process (for example - for label application).
Typically, the machine is equipped with high resolution inkjet printer, responsible for printing address data and 2D barcode.
Address printer is integrated with vision control system.
At the end of the line addressed products are manually collected from the conveyor.
