Complete line for vision control and scanning of pharmaceutical containers was designed for checking of cartons before their forming and leaflets that are placed inside the cartons.

Advantages of the solution:
Mobile construction of the complete set and quick changeover times make the line extremely univesal and give a possibility of its use in number of places throughout the whole production line.

Implementing pharmaceutical barcodes scanner as well as rejection system assure maximum control of products.

Use of these units is extremely important in sections of production line, where the products are being packed manually and 'double control' is necessary.

Specially desgined bracket for vision control system allows its easy positioning. Also, it is possible to change its degree in respect to verified product (up to 90 degrees).

Description of operation:
Products are fed manually by the operator in the feeder. Each feeding of product activates vision control system or scanner.

According to the verification rules used in pharmaceutical business, in the begining of the process each product is being treated as the wrong one and after positive check it is being forwarded to further production process.

Checked products can be collected on shingling conveyor or re-stacked (stacks of 1 to 100 products).

Rejected products are being collected in special bin mounted below the feeding section. Also, the number of rejected products is being counted.

Exemplary machine characteristics:
- standard dimensions of fed products: min. 60 x 60 mm, max. 300 x 350 mm (depending on chosen type of feeder; other dimensions of products - as per customer's wish)
- capacity: 200 cykli/min (depending on type of fed product)
- machine can work in continous or in cycle mode
- control unit: PLC-class
- machine can be equipped with inkjet or laser printer
