3-roller system for labelling cylindrical containers in register
3-roller labelling system is specially designed to ensure proper positioning of labels on the whole circumference of the containers (even with overlapping of labels). Also, the machine enables application of labels in register.
The containers are separated in the entry section of labelling system and one by one enter labelling station (built of drive roller and two idle rollers). Being held by 3 rollers, the container rotates while the label is dispensed on it, thus ensuring perfect vertical position of label.
Mounting spindles allow labelling of wide range of diameters of containers.
Optionally, the system can place the label in register to a reference point on the container.
