Side labeling system for buckets
Specially designed system for application of labels (usually of big dimensions) on the side surface of buckets.
Containers entering labeling system first arrive to orientation station, which rotates them until the handle of the bucket is parallel to the conveyor's axis.
Oriented containers are then released for labeling.
The label is being fed by the dispenser on special vacuum gripper. After whole label is released, application process starts.
Construction of gripper (round belts mounted on springloaded arms) ideally follows the shape of the bucket, thus resulting in high quality, esthetic application of label.
Basic technical data (for standard version of labeling system):
- Range of diameters of containers that can be labeled: from 125 to 280 mm (capacity of buckets from 2 to 15 l.)
- Maximum height of containers that can be labeled: 300 mm
- Capacity range: 8-25 pieces/min (depending on type of container and label)
- Conveyor length: 2000 mm (other lenghts available on request)
