Machine for 'U'-shaped bottom labeling

Labelling system designed for bottom labels application on many types of products running through the 2 section, motorized conveyor, made of stainless steel and aluminum, for customers demanding also application of ends of labels on the sides of the container.

Depending on products to be labelled, the conveyor belt may be made of PCV, rubber or plastic, and equipped with pushers adequate to product shape. The labeling head is installed on moveable spindles, making any adjustment of label position on the product very easy and simple.

To stabilize the product, the machine is equipped with top belt mounted on a special spindle allowing adjustment of its position in vertical axis (depending on the height of the labeled product).
