MO2500 labelling machine for front and back application
MO2500 labelling system is designed for front and back labeling of flat (rectangular) and oval containers. Chain aligner positions oval products so they run towards labeling station in a fixed position.
In addition, all types of containers are held by top belt thus ensuring their stabile position while label is being applied. The labeling dispensers can be both series 2000 and 4000, produced by Eme company.
After the label is applied the container goes through motorized foam belts section, which press the label onto product surface.
There are many configurations available according to user's demands: wider conveyor, bigger labeller, product separator, printing unit, counter, etc.
