Semi-automatic tax strip labeler

Semi-automatic tax strip labeler has been designed for wet-glue application of tax strips, both in 'L' and in 'U' mode.

The machine is prepared for application of most of commonly used tax strips, including typical 15 x 160 mm ones.

The unit is prepared for application of above mentioned labels on wide range of bottles of heights from 150 to 310 mm.

Due to the fact that the machine is equipped with pneumatic moving parts, its working area is protected with side covers.

The applicator is equipped with two independent drive units, one responsible for labeling head and the other one for vacuum pump.

The base of the machine is mounted on castors easing its movement within the production hall.
