Quality inspection line for large-sized cardboard boxes

Presented solution can be applied in the systems that require verification of the cardboard boxes according to their shape, dimensions and die-cuts accuracy.

The biggest advantage of the appliance is the possibility to eliminate products of the poor quality without any decrease in the production’s capacity.

The products are transported by the conveyor and scanned regarding the proper shape, dimensions and the die-cuts accuracy. In case of the poor quality, the boxes are pneumatically removed from the production line. Only the boxes with the appropriate parameters can be further processed. They are automatically counted and their quantity is monitored.

Specification:
- Operating size of the boxes : min. 300 x 300 mm, max. 900 x 750 mm
- Maximum capacity: 120 m/min (depending on the product)
- PLC control with the proper interfaces

Optionally, machine can be equipped with:
- Automatic stacking system
- Marking with luminescent liquid system
- Additional cameras, printing and labeling systems
- System of an automatic emptying of the removed products from the discharge container
