Description of the job:
Presented solution allows to feed the products of the different thickness, height or the structure (paper, thermoshrink foil) without any rearrangements required.

Advantages:
Special construction of the feeder, which causes products to be fed in the vertical direction, guarantee the high autonomy of the process with a minimum space required. Moreover, the wide variety of the allowed product’s thickness, results in the great flexibility of the device’s work.
For more accurate work parameters, verified KRAUS feeders solutions have been used.

Thickness range of the fed products: 0-30 mm;
Minimal dimensions of the fed products: 74 x 105 mm;

Digital display allows to modify work parameters in the repetitive and easy way;
Control system: PLC class control system;
Autoloader of the length of 1500 mm increases the autonomy of the process.
