Eme special system 1: labeling of sandwich packs

Application of the system:

Labeling of triangle-shaped packs with sandwiches, with a possibility of real-time printing of labels.

Advantages of the system:

Triangle-shaped packs with sandwiches arrive to the conveyor of the system. Specially designed sideguides take over the packages and keep them on both sides.

Descriptive label is being printed by the labeler mounted below the conveyor and is applied on the pack by angled pneumatic applicator.

One of the applicators mounted above the conveyor will apply decorative label, while the second one will be responsible for application of promotional label.

The gap between the sideguides will be adjustable. Thanks to this solution the machine will be able to transport and label the packs of different sizes.
