Single pallet robot

Single pallet robot is an extremely easy to use machine, allowing very elastic adjustment of boxes placing pattern in accordance to production line requirements.

Operation of single pallet robot is being controlled by industrial computer built-in one of the columns of the machine (after switching the machine off, the computer can be hidden to avoid its damage).

The machine is equipped with pallet guides which assure their ideal positioning.

Patterns of boxes positions on the pallets can be stored in memory of industrial computer. New patters, generated with optimizing software, can be transferred online or via Flash memory card. Change of pattern takes no more than 30 seconds.

All kinds of boxes, even of irregular shapes and very heavy ones can be palletized up to 2700 mm of height, to maximize transport potential of lorries and sea-freight containers.

Standard version of single pallet robot is powder-painted - RAL 2002 and RAL 9005 can be used (other colors - as an option, payable). It is also possible to build the robot partially or fully made of stainess steel.
