Kraus tax strips applicator

Machine specially designed for application of tax strips on top and side (or sides) of alcohol bottles.

 Advantages of the solution:

- standard mounting brackets used by the manufacturer allow easy adjustment of work height of the machine to changing height of bottles

- control system of the machine allows its easy adjustment for different lengths of tax strips, without necessity of purchase of additional tools

 Description of operation:

- stack of tax strips is placed in the infeed magazine of the machine

- tax strips are separated and fed to pneumatic end section of the machine; the end section applies them on the surface of bottles

- thanks to use of special double feed sensor it is impossible to feed two tax strips not separated properly

- end section of machine transfers tax strips on top and side or sides of the bottles ('U' and 'L' application possible without exchange of tools) where previously hot-melt glue has been applied

- to avoid movement of bottles during tax strip application it is held still by special clamps

- range of tax sizes of tax strips to be applied: min. 16 x 90 mm, max. 30 x 200 mm

- capacity: 40-45 cycles/min.
